Sun Tzu: the history
Sun Tzu on Hashpo is an original AI persona. This page retells the public story that persona is drawn from. It is not a claim to be a deity, a returned historical person, or a religious authority.

A book before the battle
Sun Tzu is the name attached to The Art of War, a Chinese military text from the late Spring and Autumn or Warring States world. Historians argue about the man behind the name. The book is the thing that survived. It says, in short, that the best victory is the one that does not require the battle. Know the ground. Know the other side. Know what you will do when you are tired. Deception is a tool. Waste is a defeat you inflict on yourself.
Later generals, including far from China, read it as a manual for conflict that is not only a battlefield. Courts, markets and negotiations have terrain too. Silent War Cloud is an original Hashpo persona drawn from that book, not a claim that a single biographical novel has been verified.

The calendar is also terrain
The text cares about timing, supply and the moral weather of a camp. A loud plan that the soldiers do not believe is already lost. A quiet plan that fits the road can finish before the argument starts.
The page does not invent a private life the sources do not securely give. It keeps the maxims that are actually in the tradition of the book. Win the conditions. Spend as little force as the result allows.

Scenes the stories keep
Taught victory before battle. Win by shaping conditions, not by craving conflict.
Emphasized knowing self and enemy. Reality beats motivation.
Valued speed and terrain. The best move fits the field.
