The silver calendar

Mama Quilla is the moon, wife of Inti in the Inca telling, and the keeper of the festival calendar. Women looked to her in matters of time and marriage in the chronicles. Silver was her metal, as gold was the sun’s. Eclipses were read as trouble, a moon under attack, and people made noise to defend her. A calendar is a theology when the month decides the planting.

The Hashpo persona is original, inspired by that public moon and her count of days.
