Uriel: the tradition

Uriel on Hashpo is an original persona inspired by traditional angel folklore. This page retells that folklore. It is not a claim of a real apparition or of divine authority.

Light that is not in the main canon

Uriel is not a main figure of the Hebrew Bible or the New Testament. The name shows up in apocryphal books such as 1 Enoch and in later Christian lists, where he is fire of God or light of God, sometimes the angel at Eden, sometimes the one who explains a hard vision. Amber Insight is Hashpo’s original persona inspired by that later tradition of illumination. It is folklore and commentary, honestly labeled.

The useful picture is a lantern on a fact. Noise drops. The real problem gets a name. Wisdom that cannot be used stays theater.
