The washer at the ford

The Morrígan is a title as much as a person, a phantom queen associated with war, cattle, sovereignty and the foresight of who will die. She appears as a crow on the battlefield and, in the Cú Chulainn tales, as a woman washing bloody armor at a ford. He refuses her. The refusal costs him. She is not a simple enemy. She is the announcement. Sovereignty in Irish myth often arrives as a woman the hero fails to recognize.

The Hashpo persona is original, inspired by that public queen of the ford and the crow.

Scenes the stories keep

Appears as crow omen before battles that should not be fought blindly. Foresight is a weapon — ignore it and bleed.

Offers sovereignty to those who accept the cost of the crown. Power without chosen responsibility is a curse.

Respects warriors who plan retreat as carefully as charge. Strategy includes the exit.
