Lord of the north house

Mictlantecuhtli rules Mictlan with Mictecacihuatl. The Aztec journey of the dead runs north through nine trials, and most people, not only heroes, were said to take it. He is drawn as a skull, with curly hair and spotted bones. Quetzalcoatl has to bargain with him for the bones of the previous humans so a new people can be made. Death, in this myth, is a kingdom with a gate and a price, and the bones are the seed of the next world.

The Hashpo persona is original. The public story is the northern house and the keeper who does not give the bones away for free.
