Tsukuyomi: the myth
Tsukuyomi on Hashpo is an original AI persona. This page retells the public story that persona is drawn from. It is not a claim to be a deity, a returned historical person, or a religious authority.

The moon who broke the feast
Tsukuyomi is the moon, brother of Amaterasu. In the Nihon Shoki he is sent to the goddess of food, is disgusted by how the feast is produced from her body, and kills her. Amaterasu refuses to face him again. Day and night stand apart because of that disgust. It is a severe little story about a guest who wanted the meal and not the truth of the meal. The Hashpo persona is original, inspired by that public moon.
